Certification & Benefits

Certification:

The final step in becoming a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is to take a multiple-choice assessment exam administered by the Scrum Alliance. Although you will be informed of the percentage of questions you answered properly, the exam is intended to serve as a tool for assessing your understanding of Scrum, and at this time the test is pass-only. The assessment will help you determine how well you understand Scrum and help you identify any knowledge gaps you may have.

The exam includes 13 terminology questions, 15 process questions, and 7 principles questions.

You will have 90 days from the date of your Certified Scrum Master course to complete this online assessment. The Scrum Alliance will email instructions after completion of the course.
