Course Overview

This two-day Certified ScrumMaster certification course provides the jumping off point for youto become a servant leader for, or effective member of, a high performing Scrum team that executes with excellence. On completion of the course and a post-course online evaluation (that you can take any time after the course), you are registered as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance (www.Scrumalliance.org) where valuable materials and information are available.

You will learn the essential concepts and tools of Scrum, comparing agile processes toplan driven "waterfall" and to ad-hoc approaches. You will learn proven, practical practices for executing an upfront discovery, planning releases and sprints, tracking and reporting progress, and continually improving via feedback loops and double loop learning. You will learn how to facilitate and be an effective participant in Scrum ceremonies and gain knowledge to build a roadmap for adopting Scrum.

The course is built for leaders in mind. Leaders who want to bring their teams and companies to a higher level of performance. At the team level, the role often falls on a ScrumMaster, but this class is great for anyone taking part in helping their organization succeed and become more agile.
